"I wish I could leave less stars on this review system, the service was absolutely appalling. It is a scam and and I feel that they have stolen my money. I have called them three times since the 24th April (I can prove this) to try to cancel the booking but no one picked up my call each time. I went back to the email with the booking and found a link to set up an account to manage the booking; I did this only to find the site didn’t work properly on my phone, I managed to leave a review stating that I couldn’t seem to cancel and asking ‘how do I cancel?’, after that they sent me an email with their cancellation policy with a note at the bottom saying ‘Please advise if you still want to cancel the booking.’ Their cancellation policy stated: (i) If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the date on which you use the first Service confirmed in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 55% of the value of your booking. (ii) If you cancel your booking between 11 days to 30 days prior to the date on which you use the first Service confirmed in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 25% of the value of your booking. (iii) If you cancel your booking between 2 days to 10 days prior to the date on which you use the first Service confirmed in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 10% of the value of your booking. (iii) If you cancel your booking on the same day or the day before to the date on which you use the first Service confirmed in your Booking, you will not be entitled to any refund. I decided that I didn’t want to cancel anymore since I would not get my money back, they called me this morning and I missed their calls two calls at 9.54 and one at 9.55 on my phone (I couldn’t get to my phone at that particular moment in time!) I called them back and they said that they had cancelled it because I hadn’t responded and that I couldn’t un-cancel the booking and that I would get no money back. This is the most disgusting service I have ever had in my life. I feel like I have been robbed."

"He arrived 10 minutes late, which was ok because we weren't completely ready either. When I went out out to greet him, he said that his boss has told him that we need to pay him extra 30 pounds each way due to the address we gave him being wrong. Which it wasn't because he still got to our house ok without any problems. Not once did I get a phone call asking where we were and that he was lost? After speaking on the phone to his boss who was very rude, he told me I was banned from using his company again. I said that we were running late and waiting for a friend and the driver said that means he world be losing a job if he waits, to which I said thats ok we will get our own way there if he could still pick us up. His boss responded with no if he didn't drop us off then he wouldn't pick us up and that we would lose of all our money. Overall, the driver was very friendly and polite but the company itself has no gratitude towards their customers. "

The only problem that I encountered was that I was unable to enter the correct location of my pick up as the system did not recognise the address. It knew the postcode but the house name was wrong. I do not know why this was, I left a note and hopefully it will not be a problem on the pick up day"

"I have booked a taxi via your website (and I was showed available companies), paid online and received a booking confirmation. To my surprise taxi did not appear. I called the company listed on my booking where I was informed they cannot come, it was never possible, if I want.. maybe in ...two hours! The situation is as follows, I have no money on my account (more than 170GBP), lost money on a number of calls to you and taxi company, have no transfer tonight. The info line was just a joke. "
