I had a very urgent appointment and had to get a different taxi company to pick me up. On top of that the other taxi service charged less than half the price that you charge. I would never use you again and I would like my money back."

When I went out out to greet him, he said that his boss has told him that we need to pay him extra 30 pounds each way due to the address we gave him being wrong. Which it wasn't because he still got to our house ok without any problems. Not once did I get a phone call asking where we were and that he was lost? After speaking on the phone to his boss who was very rude, he told me I was banned from using his company again. I said that we were running late and waiting for a friend and the driver said that means he world be losing a job if he waits, to which I said thats ok we will get our own way there if he could still pick us up. His boss responded with no if he didn't drop us off then he wouldn't pick us up and that we would lose of all our money. Overall, the driver was very friendly and polite but the company itself has no gratitude towards their customers. "

"I received a phone call on the Thursday and the gentleman said that he was just checking as I hadn't replied to an email which he said he had sent and I didn't receive and then he said that the booking was for Thursday the 17th at midnight because Friday 18th starts at midnight on the 17th of August which in my mind when you book from Friday the 18th at midnight it means Friday the 18th at midnight I then was in sent in to panic mode as I thought I was not going to have a taxi, he then proceeded to let me know by text message that he has got the booking.I'd already received an email on the 26/07/17 saying that we were having two six seaters on Friday the 18th at midnight and when midnight came on Friday the 18th we had a car pull up and several minutes later probably about 10-15 minutes later we had a seven seater so I was not happy as we had to have the driver of the larger vehicle drop people down Parsonage Lane and then drop us at 22 The Avenue, if we had the two six seater this would not have been necessary we could have had 1 vehicle go to Parsonage Lane and one go to The Avenue therefore I'm not overall happy with a service and I will not be using you again. He got us to our destination in good time and offered to pick us up at a time to suit us, giving us his mobile number to notify him. Soon after we called, he sent a text to say he was waiting in the agreed place. My only gripe about the whole experience is that I was charged a £2.50 credit card fee without prior warning; it was only disclosed after I had paid! After that, we were a bit nervous about the pick-up, but all went very well."
